Seeking a dynamic B2B Project Sales Candidate with a passion for Professional lighting Solutions. Responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities :

- Generate new B2B Project leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their lighting needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in lighting industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Understanding of lighting technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, target-driven & target achievement & a high performer.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 

Should have experience in Project sales in segment of Builders, Architects ,Mep consultant and lighting consultant. Third he has to have experience in lighting products and it's solution.

The person has to be from Pune strictly.
